In my 12 year career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds including immigrants from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South East Asia along with American nationals. I am very familiar with Chinese culture and Asian foods, I provide counseling for the Chinese community.

Since you are unique, your program should be too. There are no restrictive meal plans or food guilt.
